Please read the following carefully. Your use of the yjjewellers.com website and purchase of products (or services) from us means that you agree to these terms and conditions.

You can order products in the following ways:

• By visiting our stores
We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and PayPal. We cannot take payments over the phone.
When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above (“Order”) you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.
When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Once we have received your order details, we will check product availability before it is accepted. If the product is available and the details on the order are correct, we will fulfil the order and send a shipping confirmation email. If the product is not available, or there are any issues with the order details, we will contact you via the contact details supplied.
YJ Jewellers may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
PRICE
We always try to make sure that the prices on yjjewellers.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the products in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. You will then have the option to proceed with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details, based on the delivery address you specify.
Please note that YJ Jewellers currently only ships within the United Kingdom. We do not accept international orders at this time.
If an item is purchased during a sale, you will be refunded the sale price.
LIVE METAL PRICING
Prices displayed on yjjewellers.com are subject to change at any time, as they are based on live gold, platinum, and silver market pricing. As precious metal prices fluctuate continuously, the price of any product may change between visits to our website.
If the price of a product has changed since you last viewed it, the previously displayed price is no longer valid. The current price shown at the time of ordering must be paid in order to secure your purchase.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed by YJ Jewellers, the agreed price will not be subject to further adjustment due to subsequent changes in metal prices.
PAYMENT
You must pay for your order before it is dispatched. You can do so by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or PayPal.
ONLINE VALUATIONS
YJ Jewellers offers estimated valuations for metals, jewellery, and watches through our website. These online valuations are provided as a guide only and are based on information submitted by the customer along with current market pricing at the time of the enquiry.
Please be aware that online valuations are estimates and do not constitute a formal or final offer. The actual value of an item may differ once it has been physically examined by one of our specialists. Factors such as condition, hallmarking, craftsmanship, brand, and precise metal content can all affect the final valuation.
YJ Jewellers therefore reserves the right to adjust any valuation following an in-person inspection of the item. We cannot be held to any online estimation provided prior to a physical examination. A revised valuation will always be communicated to the customer before any transaction is agreed.
